Melissa officinalis
Multi-annual, refreshing tea and medicinal plant with a pleasant lemony scent and flavour.
The leaves are best used fresh to flavour salads, meat and fish dishes. The plants are hardy and, with their white flowers, are also a valuable bee pasture. Fresh or dried, the leaves can also be used well for making tea.
